Spinning Pole Control (all levels)
Learn to control your momentum with a variety of tricks & combos specifically intended for spinning pole. Recommended ability to climb, but not required.

Splits Tricks (all levels)
Strengthen & stretch your legs in every direction with splits up, down, and all around the pole. Full splits not required. Oversplits welcome.

Pole Power (all levels)
Build upper body and core strength with a series of conditioning exercises in preparation for power tricks, such as Flags, Planks, and Deadlifts.

Flexy Back (all levels)
Stretch & strengthen your spine, shoulders, and hips before bringing your flexy back to the pole for bendy tricks, such as the Bridge, Dove, Ballerina, Marley, and Janeiro.

Ontario Pole Performance (intermediate to advanced)
Learn a fully choreographed routine, including how to train and rehearse for performances, and incorporating spinning pole tricks with transitions and floorwork. Students must be comfortable climbing and inverting. This 8-week course concludes with the option of performing with fellow students at the next Ontario Pole Jam.
